Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery is 3–4 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Kandy Kouture is not responsible for carrier delays. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@kandykouturecosmetics.com so we can assist you with next steps.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the personal-use nature of our body care products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@kandykouturecosmetics.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
